The Karmayogin is an elaborate weekly Review of National
Regilious Literature, Science, Philosophy etc.
We have received copies of "The Karmayogin"
up to date. We thank the Proprietors and Contributors
sincerely with all our glandness to see that our revered
patriot Sriman Aurovinda Ghose the proudest gem of our
nation as a contributor for it. It breathes throughout
a spirit of purity and piety. It places before all,
the loftiest ideals of Vedantism and Patriotism. It
is one string of poetry, philosophy and Bhakti. Its
logic is invincible and its style incomparable. Its
intellectual force is very excellent. Its richness in
diction coupled with the amplitude of comprehension
of stirling thoughts, is simply admirable. No exordium
it needs for introduction. It speaks to itself and is
self-evident. As such it is no wonder to hear that 6000
copies were sold away in 4 hours and that back numbers
are now being reprinted for a second or a third time.
In November last the British Bureaucracy mad with rage
to put down the mawster mind of the "Bande Matharam"
had it suppressed and the press confiscated. We were
missing for the last one year or so the vigorous pen
of our inspiring patriot, Sri Aurobinda Ghose. It is
already the dawn and Sri Ghose is the risng sun - the
worthiest and the noblest son of Sri Barata Mata well
fitted for the task - of our Nationalism.
It is our earnest desire that this must continue untinterruptedly
by the Divine Grace.
Of the abundance of his heart, his mouth speaketh.
We unhesitatingly recommend this golden review to every
Indian infullnes of our heart with due reverence for
it. The annual subscription is only Rs.5.
